Utah

Licensure Act passed in 2006; currently in progress of establishing their licensing board

 

Tennessee

Passed and signed by governor. Rules and Regulation hearing scheduled 9-19-2007

New Jersey

Bill passed Assembly in Spring 2007; introduced into the State Senate in Summer 2007.

 

Illinois

Successfully passed, Rules have been approved. Act states gc must have a license by 12/18/07, but we expect that licensure will be available well before that date.
